Cancellation Policy

At Natural Arch, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please read it carefully: 1. Appointment Cancellations Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellation Method: Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be unable to book any appointments in the future. 2. Rescheduling Rescheduling Notice: Rescheduling an appointment also requires at least 24 hours' notice. 3. Late Arrivals Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to shorten your service time to accommodate the next client, or reschedule your appointment. Consistent Lateness: Clients who are consistently late may be asked to prepay for future appointments. 4. Emergencies and Exceptions Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for cancelling or rescheduling within the 24-hour period, please inform us as soon as possible. Health Concerns: If you are feeling unwell, especially with symptoms that could be contagious, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
